SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping.

Please be advised, items will be shipped within 5 working days of payment clearing. UK mainland orders are free of charge (Prints only) and sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery - a reference number will be provided if available. Once dispatched please allow a further 2-3 days to receive your artwork.

International shipping.

International shipping is also available and calculated at the point of checkout. Please note: customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties incurred once the parcel has left the UK are not included in the postage cost and is the responsibility of the buyer. Orders will be shipped using a tracked or signed for service, with the tracking number provided in a confirmation email once item has been shipped. Please allow 10-12 days to receive your artwork. (Flat Rates - Australia: £10.50, Canada: £10, Europe: £10, United States: £12, East, South and West Africa: £12)

Packaging.

Prints are packaged in a strong postal tube and wrapped in acid-free tissue paper for protection.

Original artworks.

Original artworks are shipped flat in a box and well wrapped for protection. Delivery costs for both UK mainland and International orders will be provided in a follow-up email. Alternatively, artwork can be collected directly from my studio in London - please get in touch via phone: +44 (0) 7904 079383 or email: hello@onomeotite.com to make arrangements. To discuss the shipment of larger artworks please get in touch directly.

Gift Shipping.

Item(s) can be delivered to a gift recipient’s address, with a personalised message included from the artist. Please get in touch via the CONTACT page quoting your order number to request a message.

Returns.

If you are unhappy with your Print purchase for any reason, please get in touch via email (quoting order number) within 7 days of receiving your purchase and I will be happy to provide a refund, replacement or exchange. Returned items are the responsibility of the customer and will not be accepted if used or damaged. Please insure artwork is packed correctly and sent in its original packaging (or equivalent) to Cockpit Arts in London. Providing it arrives back safely and remains in the exact condition it was sent, you are guaranteed a full refund* within 7 days. As the costumer is responsible for goods until the items have reached the studio, I would strongly advise proof of postage is obtained when arranging the return. Please note: items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. *Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Commissions.

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be offered on any artwork that has been commissioned. It is my hope you are 100% delighted with your artwork, however should you find anything wrong with your order, please get in touch immediately and I will find a way to resolve the issue.

Faulty Items.

If you consider the item(s) received as faulty, please get in touch via phone: +44 (0) 7904079383 or email: hello@onomeotite.com with your order number. Please note, giclée printing is a unique process and colours may vary slightly between prints. Great care is taken with product photography to ensure all images are a true representation of products sold. However, due to the handmade nature of the artwork and inconsistencies in how computer screens reproduce colours, it cannot be guaranteed the product received will look exactly the same as you have seen on your screen. Studio visits are welcomed to view artwork before purchasing and can be arranged via the contact form.

Original Artworks.

Original pieces may also be returned if you are unhappy with the order. Given the fragile nature of the artwork it is advised to use a courier, as the parcel remains in your responsibility until signed for. Providing it arrives back safely within 14 days, and remains in the exact condition it was sent, a full refund will be provided. I comply with the distance selling act regulations. Please expect a refund within 7 days via the original method of payment. An email will also be sent to confirm the refund has been given. Please note: these terms do not cover the return of larger artworks - please get in touch directly to discuss.
